“We appreciated some things about this property, but unfortunately some significant issues impacted our stay, especially given the rental price and our experience renting along the Gulf Coast multiple times. What We Liked - Hosts checked in with us several times during our stay, Spacious home that accommodated our large family comfortably, Comfortable beds and pillows, Convenient location just steps from The Big Chill, Beautiful pool, Areas of Concern - The listing's description of "beach access" was somewhat misleading. Surprised that beach access actually required driving to the state park. This detail was buried in the description and not clear. The 2nd floor tub/shower leaked into the kitchen ceiling and recessed lighting below. Carriage house balcony doesn’t lock and stayed partially open all week. Garbage/delivery trucks between Big Chill and Carriage House will wake you at 5:45 am Elevator doesn’t work Very inaccurate amenities listing - i.e. no shampoo/shower soap”
