The Airbnb was beautiful, and the location was prime. The hosts were very responsive and professional, yet extremely unaccommodating. As a professional company, I would have expected high standards, yet I was highly disappointed. I had asked to access the property early since most of our party landed approximately an hour before check-in, which was denied due to cleaning purposes. The reasoning is completely understandable; however, upon arrival, the Airbnb was left in an unacceptable condition. The floors were sandy; most beds and towels had stains; hair was on the couches, floors, and showers; and cockroaches were in the pantry. We went ahead and cleaned everything ourselves, but had to purchase our own trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper, which was disappointing. When requesting check out instructions, I did not recieve a clear answer until the morning. This AirBnb has potential and the hosts seem professional yet this stay was unlike any other airbnb I've been apart of.
The perfect place for our large family!! Great location! Would definitely stay again!
The home is beautiful and very convenient to the beach. The golf cart is great! But there are no beach chairs or umbrellas so come prepared. Also no stroller as advertised so if you need one bring one.
