Great place and close to the beach! Its very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. The pool is good size compared with other places we've stayed. The golf cart was a huge plus. Beds are comfy. There isnt a huge list of things to do before you check out. And the host is super responsive, kind and helpful. We were very happy with this place!

We had a great time and the house was great. The only issues were one of the upstairs showers would not get warm or hot and the swim/spa took 2 days to warm up. Other than those 2 items everything else was awesome.

This is a GORGEOUS 😍 beach front house with plenty of space, in a great location. The beautiful views, quick access to the beach, the private beach (!!), and the spacious rooms and bathrooms really made the stay memorable ☺️. We had 14 people in total and we all were VERY comfortable and not crowded at all; the multiple gathering/living spaces were GREAT with such a big group of people. You can tell the property is fairly new (as some of the listed amenities weren't available just yet), but the staff at Downtime made it a point to provide all that we needed and a little extra. The gentleman that helped us the first night we arrived was SUPER helpful with getting settled in, providing recommendations, and showing us around. Although expensive, we'll definitely be back 🥰 -- we can't wait!!
House was beautiful and just as described. Golf cart was a huge plus, as it was several blocks to the beach. The pool was not heated yet so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. I loved being on the “quiet end” of Panama City Beach at Laguna Beach. We were in short driving distance of plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
