The second floor serves as the heart of the home, with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and family lounge that flow together seamlessly. The chef’s kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom tile, and a large island with bar seating for six. 🔑 GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all four levels of living space, the private pool and patio, balconies with Gulf views, and all included amenities.

Check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before arrival and will include access codes to the home, bike lock combinations, and the location of the golf cart key.

🚲 GETTING AROUND
Getting around is easy and fun with 4 adult bikes and a 6-seater golf cart included with your stay. Cruise down the Timpoochee Trail, a scenic bike path that connects all the charming towns along 30A, or take a short ride to Seaside for dining, shopping, and live music. With walkable beach access just steps from the back gate and most essentials just a few minutes away, you can park your car and enjoy the ride. Whether you're headed out for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or a lazy beach day, everything is close and accessible.

Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay.

Pets of any size or breed are welcome. Please include them in your reservation. A non-refundable pet fee applies of $200 per pet.

Smoking is not allowed indoors or on balconies.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

📄 Rental Agreement Required
A signed rental agreement is required and must be completed at least 72 hours before arrival to secure your stay.

Parking for up to four vehicles is provided. No street parking allowed.

Includes an initial supply of paper products, bath amenities, and cleaning basics. Guests may want to restock for longer stays.
