We had a hiccup getting into the house upon arrival, but they were very quick and responsive to get us in. Highly recommend staying. Will likely return again.

We were really looking forward to this stay, but unfortunately it fell short in several ways. The biggest issue was the bedding. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and I struggled with restless nights and significant back pain throughout our stay. I live with a chronic illness, so quality sleep is important for me. I had hoped the hot tub would provide some relief, but it never worked during our visit. Another issue was a strong odor in the living room that smelled like cat urine. It was noticeable throughout our stay and made the space feel unclean. We reported the hot tub issue multiple times, and each time we were told, “Our team is checking into it.” Unfortunately, that response never turned into a solution before our stay ended. There were a couple of positives. The golf cart included with the rental was a great perk and had plenty of room for our family, and the location was conveniently close to the beach. Otherwise, we won’t be renting from Downtime again.
