The main living area is open and airy, with plush seating arranged around a sleek entertainment center and smart TV. Large windows frame views of the pool and fill the room with natural light, while designer coastal décor and artwork create a space that feels fresh and elegant. A GE Nugget Ice Maker is located here, so guests can easily enjoy restaurant-quality ice without ever leaving the lounge area.

You’ll find custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium stainless-steel appliances, including a 48-inch gas range, oversized 56-inch refrigerator, wine cooler, and a second GE Nugget Ice Maker. Guest Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required and must be completed no later than 72 hours before check-in.
Parking & EV Charging: The home includes covered parking and a convenient EV charging station.
Events: This property is designed for family gatherings, retreats, and vacations. Parties or unauthorized events are not permitted.

This place was so beautiful. Extremely spacious, we had 19 guest & it fit us all comfortably. We ran into a couple problems but the host was always responsive. We will definitely be back to this place when visiting PCB.

Hands down one of the best vacations we have ever had! The house was absolutely awesome and housed our 3 families with plenty of room to spare! The outdoor decks were an added bonus. The pool was warm and clean. The kitchen had adequate supplies. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in when away from home! The walk to the beach was shorter than expected and the beach was never crowded. Restaurants, shopping, and activities were all nearby and even within walking distance. We would return to this location again!!
