Designed to host up to 20 guests, this nearly 3,800 sq ft retreat offers Gulf views, a private saltwater pool with optional heating, and exclusive access to one of the Emerald Coast’s most pristine beaches.

Inside the Home

Step inside Downtime Bid-A-Wee and you’ll be welcomed by bright, modern coastal design that feels both luxurious and inviting. Soaring ceilings, soft neutral tones, and natural textures set the stage for a retreat where every detail has been considered.

The main living area is open and airy, with plush seating arranged around a sleek entertainment center and smart TV. Large windows frame views of the pool and fill the room with natural light, while designer coastal décor and artwork create a space that feels fresh and elegant. A GE Nugget Ice Maker is located here, so guests can easily enjoy restaurant-quality ice without ever leaving the lounge area.

The chef’s kitchen is a showpiece, designed with both style and functionality in mind. You’ll find custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium stainless-steel appliances, including a 48-inch gas range, oversized 56-inch refrigerator, wine cooler, and a second GE Nugget Ice Maker. The oversized island with bar seating makes this the heart of the home, perfect for casual breakfasts or cocktail prep before dinner.

The adjacent dining area features a large table that comfortably seats the entire group, allowing everyone to share meals together. Pendant lighting and elegant finishes make even casual dining feel like a special occasion.

Each of the seven bedrooms is designed as a private sanctuary, with plush bedding, calming coastal palettes, and thoughtful touches. Bathrooms feature walk-in showers, modern tile work, and spacious vanities, while the master bath offers both a soaking tub and a separate shower for a spa-like retreat.

Outdoor Living

The saltwater pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space. Designed with a shallow sun shelf and surrounded by loungers, it’s ideal for both relaxation and play. Between October 1 and May 1, guests may request pool heating for $50/day, making it a year-round retreat.

Nearly 1,000 sq ft of covered porches provide shaded seating and dining areas, while upper-level balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets overlooking the Gulf.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire estate, including the pool, porches, balconies, all living areas, and the neighborhood’s private beach entry. Covered parking and an EV charging station are included.

One of the best parts of staying in Downtime Bid-A-Wee is how easy it is to reach everything you need. The private deeded beach access is just a short walk from your front door, so you’ll never have to worry about parking or crowded public entry points.

For dining, shopping, and entertainment, most guests prefer to drive or use a golf cart. Pier Park is less than 10 minutes away and offers restaurants, shops, and family activities. Scenic 30A is also a short drive, perfect for a day trip exploring boutique shops and local dining.

Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are available throughout Panama City Beach if you’d like to avoid driving altogether.

Other Things to Note:
Pool Heating: The saltwater pool may be heated between October 1 and May 1 only for $50 per day. Pool and spa are heated together to 86 degrees maximum. Please request in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.
Private Beach Access: Guests enjoy deeded access to Bid-A-Wee’s private beach, a quiet stretch of sand reserved exclusively for the community. Your access code will be provided 48 hours before arrival in your check-in information.
Guest Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required and must be completed no later than 72 hours before check-in.
Parking & EV Charging: The home includes covered parking and a convenient EV charging station.
Events: This property is designed for family gatherings, retreats, and vacations. Parties or unauthorized events are not permitted.
Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, WiFi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm which is required by Florida law for guest safety.
